Signature and Authorization templates

The following signature and authorization templates provide you with a quick and easy way to send signature and authorization documents, without spending time formatting and structuring the documents with the appropriate fields. These templates already have fields placed according to industry best practices, so all you have to do is download, customize, and send.

With this template library, you can identify what kind of template you're looking for that fits your needs, rather than creating a signature or authorization template from scratch. Then, you can:

  1. Open the template via PDF editor.
  2. Add your company branding.
  3. Update any fields as necessary.
  4. Save, and then upload the template to your Sertifi Document Library.

Authorization Templates

  • Basic eAuthorization Template - this authorization template includes fields to collect payment information and a signature.

  • Group Event Template - this authorization template is for a group event and contains a field to collect payment information and details about the group event.
